It is a known fact that Battlestar Galactica is the greatest show on earth — if you don’t know that, what rock have you been hiding under? — and is on it’s final season. The last season has been divided into 2 parts, 10 episodes each with the final 10 scheduled to air next year. I quite agreed with the decision to end the show because seriously, how long can the colonial fleet be on the search for earth? The first half of the season has been wonderful and the 10th episode had you at the edge of your seat with tension for all the what if’s and the what now’s. Despite knowing that this show is going to end it’s run next year, I’m very much excited to see how the other half of the season goes.

That’s one SciFi show off the air after next year. More sad news are a-comin’.

After Starbuck holds the President hostage and fails to persuade her to change her mind about their current direction, she’s thrown into the brig again. There, she insists that if they continue jumping she will lose her way to earth and they will never find their way back. The Admiral is torn between trusting his logic or his heart when it comes to deciding Starbuck’s fate. Meanwhile, Lee “Apollo” Adama leaves Galactica for a career in the government and gives up his life as a Viper Pilot and a Major.

The four cylons aboard Galactica are still unsure what role they’re going to play in all that is happening while trouble is brewing among the dominant cylons. After the raiders have retreated without the command of the dominant cylons, they have put a vote to re-program the raiders and make “fix” whatever was the matter with them. The Sixes, Leobens and Sharons believe that the other 5 cylons (which they’re not supposed to think of) are among the human fleet but the Cavils refuse to believe them.
